Louw
Museum
The Louw house was built in 1861 but not restored to its original state. The two famous Afrikaans poets and writer brothers, N.P van Wyk Louw and W.E.G. Louw were born in this house. Together they achieved six Hertzog prizes for literacy. Several other interesting displays can also be seen here. Currently it is a literacy museum and also give credit to other Sutherland achievers.
