The town's rich history can be expereinced on foot by a guided walk which can be arranged at the museum. The walk will take you to the most historic sites and show you the diversity of building styles long gone.

The Williston Museum, in conjunction with the McGregor Museum in Kimberley, compiled this map. Mr Ockie Louw (Williston) painted the different watercolours used on the map. Buildings in Voortrekker and Rossouw Streets are the focus points, and very interesting facts are part of this colourful poster map. It is available at the museums and Tourism centres.
